24hr Care Services
We provide specialist teams to help:
• Placement stability
• Challenging and violent behaviours, in young people who cannot be managed through standard practices
• Awaiting secure placements (Sec 25 CA (1989))
We work with specialist who provide expert training on handling and managing young individuals with extreme and complex aggressive tendencies / behaviours.
Our employees attend workshops and training courses based on a foundation of child care principles. They are designed to ensure that our staff create a home environment that’s supports the needs of the young person and also helps manage the challenges that staff may face.
Staff are continually developing their own professional development.
