Handpicked staff with specialist backgrounds are trained to specifically meet the needs of the young people they support.


We manage their challenging behaviours, supporting all the agencies who provide the necessary health, social and education care.  We utilise knowledge from different industries to ensure we are able to deal with any situation with the best possible outcome for young people.

Our recruitment process ensure that all our operational staff must hold the following:

   •  Enhanced DBS and be compliant in our safer recruitment policies

   •  Core Modules (H&S, Risk Assessment, Person Centred Care etc...)

    •  Safeguarding children & young people

    •  Medication awareness and safe handling

    •  Substance misuse

    •  First Aid

    •  Child Sexual Exploitation


We then tailor the services to the needs of the person being supported, so that the staff skill set is individual to young persons needs.
